As we continue to grow in the Houston market, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Executive who is eager to develop their sales career and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect daily through phone calls, email outreach, networking, and in-person visits.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Baton Rouge market.
- Schedule appointments and develop a consistent sales pipeline.
- Build relationships with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to support the sales process and close new business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Meet or exceed activity, appointment-setting, and sales performance goals.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of sales, customer service, business development, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting prospecting activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
